Custom Order Policies

  • CUSTOM COOKIES- Please submit order requests as soon as possible. I only take a limited number of custom orders per month. I typically am booked 3-6 weeks in advance.
  • PRICING - All prices are quoted individually per order. Cookie prices start at $48 per dozen for mini cookies and $70 per dozen for regular size cookies for simple designs. Character cookies and logos start at $80 per dozen. Depending on colors, design and complexity cookies go up from there.  Please fill out the contact form to receive a custom quote and to check availability.
  • PACKAGING - Each cookie comes individual heat sealed for freshness. Additional packaging options (ribbons, toppers, cookie cards etc.) are bid per order.
    •  PICKUP  - All cookies are for pickup in Huntington Beach, Ca. I do not ship cookies in accordance of California and Orange County food laws. Delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. Ask for details.
    • PAYMENT - Payment is primarily accepted through the website via Credit Card and PayPal. I also accept payment through Venmo. Cash/check will be accepted from repeat customers.
    • CANCELATIONS -  Cancelations of an order or changes to an order by a customer (such as quantity) must be communicated 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations made less than 14 days will require a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order.
